This is a specially designed obstacle training class centered to build coordination, develop basic tumbling skills, and work on upper body strength and inspire them to keep moving in our high-spirited facility. Courses are designed to meet their skill level, and get them to listen and follow directions.
We have obstacle training in an active format using the tramps, slack line, warped wall and balance features. This class will also have beginning level tumbling plus gymnastics curriculum and developmental activities for toddlers. This is a great way for your child to get active and practice coordination and body awareness.

Drawing inspiration from gymnastics, obstacle training, and Parkour, Green Warrior incorporates activities such as flips, rolls, jumps, and exercises that enhance balance, agility, and coordination. Our aim is to prepare participants to face challenges with confidence.

Come once a month for adults to play in our fantastic playground! Coach Maddy caters to the attendees and hops in to play with everyone. She will help you level up a skill or give you some ideas on what to train. Come anytime during the hour and a half.
