October 10th
11:00am - 12:00pm
Designed for students transitioning from beginner to intermediate aerial practice on lyra (hoop) and silks. Students build strength, technique, flexibility, and confidence while learning safe mounts, dismounts, transitions, and progressive skills. Classes focus on proper form, body awareness, and connecting movements with control and fluidity.
October 13th & 27th
7:30 - 8:30pm
Adult Open Gym is a lightly structured training hour for teens and adults to move, train, and work on skills in a designated gym area for the evening. The setup will guide which equipment and spaces are available, while still allowing plenty of freedom to train at your own pace.
October 15th
1:00 - 1:30pm
Wiggle, giggle, stretch, and play! Enjoy gentle exercises, sensory fun, and interactive activities that support your baby’s growing body and curious mind. Join us for a joyful, hands-on experience that sparks early coordination, strength, and smiles.
October 17th
5:30 - 9:00pm
Come join us for an evening of fun as we celebrate a night of SILLY—not SCARY—monster fun! 🎃! Kids will get to become monsters for the night with monster games and activities, gymnastics, pizza, a movie, and plenty of fun surprises along the way. Get ready for a night full of action, adventure!
